I am Minami Kenta, CEO of Onsight Co., Ltd.
The name of our company, Onsight contains the meaning of “onsight,” a rock climbing term. This refers to “climbing the target route on the first attempt without prior information.” Although it is an extremely difficult challenge to achieve, we always boldly take on unknown challenges, and want to be a company that makes people think, “Maybe we can do it.”
“On-site” also means “going to the site and acting together.” We value being close to our customers’ sites and developing products while facing challenges together. We will strive to provide better solutions with our technology and ingenuity.

Solvent-free silica coating
The OSGC series is known as “glass coat” in Japan. It is a coating agent whose main ingredient is silica (SiO2).
A multi-purpose product group developed using Onsite’s unique technology. We provide optimal solutions for the automotive, construction, and industrial fields.
It is said that the technology to manufacture without solvents is unique in the world.
USAGE EXAMPLE
Water facilities: bathtub / kitchen / toilet / sink, etc.
The photo above shows the surface after the white residue (calcium, silica, etc.) was thoroughly removed and then OSGC was applied. The main advantage is that it not only produces a beautiful finish, but also greatly improves the ease of maintenance afterwards.
Kitchen / Sink
Compatible with any material, including aluminum, stainless steel, and artificial marble. Easy to clean and has antibacterial properties. High safety, compliant with Japan’s Food Sanitation Act.
Rust prevention
The coating was applied to steel and then sprayed with calcium chloride. The photo shows the coating one week after application, and no rust has been observed even after more than six months.
The hypochlorite used in vegetable washing machines can easily cause rust even in stainless steel, but applying OSGC can prevent rust. Compared to anti-rust paint, OSGC is easy to apply and requires less time. The cost is 30% or less. It is also compliant with the Food Sanitation Act, so it is safe to use.
